UNINTECH is seeking a self-motivated individual for a position to aid with various writing, marketing, and administrative tasks.
Required Education and Experience
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
•Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Communication or Journalism
•MUST have strong writing/editing skills
•MUST have Knowledge of Adobe’s InDesign
•Strong verbal communication skills
•Strong creative and design skills
•Outstanding task switching (used to be called multi-tasking), organizational, and time-management skills under tight deadlines
•Able to handle stressful situations and bring a good attitude
•Developed critical thinking and research skills with an ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Strong attention to detail
•Familiarity with MS Office, but has Good Knowledge of Word
•Familiarity with Inbound Marketing methodology
•Having experience with Microsoft Expressions is a plus
Responsibilities
Under direction of the Business Support Director, you will support project preparation and management of proposals, help create all marketing material, and provide support as needed in various other administrative tasks. Work may include:
•Coordinate, write, and edit grant proposals
•Coordinate and communicate with other consulting firms
•Assemble and collect research material
•Assist in managing online presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Newsletter
•Create digital and print marketing materials, such as brochures and resumes
•Support management in various assignments
•Other administrative tasks, as assigned
