Additionally, we lease trailers, mobile storage containers, and portable toilets, as well as develop and lease commercial real estate and self-storage proximate to the Hagerstown Maryland area.

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Property Maintenance, this role involves a wide variety of hands-on duties ranging from office/warehouse/retail tenant turnover work, fit out work and maintain project.

Key Responsibilities:

· General construction and Tenant fit-outs

· Demolition

· Drywall installation and repair

· Carpentry

· Interior and exterior painting

· Pressure Washing

· Roofing Repairs

· Flooring Installation

· Miscellaneous maintenance and repair tasks
