Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with the overall objectives. This role is crucial in facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders and ensuring that timelines are met in a timely manner. The Project Scheduler will work closely with project managers and teams to coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines within the construction management sector.
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and communication with customers.
•Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely recording of project details.
•Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
•Review and analyze project schedule and status to ensure timely completion of tasks.
•Communicate project status to customers and provide forecasts regarding project completion.
•Identify and manage potential scheduling problems and provide solutions.
•Provide input and support for project risk management activities.
•Attend project meetings to provide project status updates and schedule.
•Ensure project documents and reports are accurate and complete including loading paperwork.
•Communicate delivery timing with customers and vendors.
•Take calls from customers on project issues and provide details to Project Manager for problem solutions.
•Communicate with vendors on deliveries of supplies to job sites.
•Update and maintain scheduling software/platform.

Qualifications
•Proven work experience as a Project Scheduler or similar position.
•Strong understanding of project management methodologies and scheduling.
•Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Associates degree in Business, Management, or a related field or, 1-2 years of experience.
