The Project Operations Associate provides support to the entire Project Controls team, including Schedulers, Cost Analysts, and the Project Controls Manager. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of project scheduling, cost control, data analysis, and reporting within the context of large-scale power generation and EPC projects. The intern will assist with administrative and analytical tasks while gaining exposure to industry tools such as Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI. This role is ideal for a student seeking experience in project management, engineering, or business operations with a strong interest in infrastructure or energy projects.

- Language Skills:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Mathematical Skills:Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Acrobat Writer, Excel, etc.). Knowledge of databases, project management, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, Oracle Primavera P6, Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Microsoft Project is preferred but not required.
