Project Manager

The Project Manager is a manager that will plan, coordinate, direct, and execute all day to day project activities according to set timelines and budget milestones. Be responsible for safe, on time, and on budget completion of all project activities while being held accountable for project level profit and loss and schedule elements. The PM will report directly to the Director of Projects in B&W (USA). This position will require the PM to be proactive in the proposal and costing phase of the project. This will be accomplished by working in concert with Proposal/Estimating group. This position will be instrumental in being competitive by winning projects but also find the balance of maintaining or increasing As Sold Project Margin, while keeping safety and quality in the forefront of all involved.
