How You'll Make an Impact

+ Collaborate with operations to ensure all customer and order information is accurate. + Verify and manage order documents, engaging with the commercial team during project close-out. + Review and confirm service sales order documentation in HE ERP tool (SAP). + Facilitate communication between field and production teams to support Accounts Receivable reduction. + Guide commercial operations and project management teams to ensure timely payments. + Maintain and reduce overdue payments by working with finance and global business services. + Update service sales order documentation and verify field service dates. + Ensure on-time delivery of materials for service sales orders with parts.Your Background

+ Bachelor's Degree in engineering, PMP, business, or related field. + 5 to 8 years of experience in project management or a related field. + Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and achieve cooperation with customers and suppliers. + Technical and business skills to evaluate and solve problems effectively. + Ability to meet tight schedules while ensuring customer satisfaction. + Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.More About Us
