Role Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Construction Simplified, you will lead our construction management projects with a focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will also play an important role in contributing to our team culture and growth while aligning with our mission, vision, and purpose.


Highly Effective Project Management

Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and oversee budgets while implementing cost management strategies. Identify and address risks and changes with clear communication to clients and teams. Ensure quality control and safety through regular inspections. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and serve as the primary client contact to foster strong relationships and satisfaction.


Detailed Budgeting and Strategic Selling

Master detailed budgeting and strategic planning to secure contracts. This involves developing accurate and competitive budgets, understanding pre-contract strategies, and effectively presenting proposals to clients. You will collaborate with leadership to align budgets with project goals, refine estimates, and engage with clients to build trust, address concerns, and convert opportunities into contracts. Your efforts contribute directly to the firm’s growth by ensuring that project proposals are both strategically sound and financially viable.

Communication of firms Mission, Vision, Purpose and Core Values

Actively communicate the firm’s mission, vision, purpose, and core values. This involves leading by example, engaging the team in these principles, and ensuring consistent messaging in all client communications. You build strong client relationships by embodying the firm’s values and act as a brand ambassador in the community, fostering trust and credibility both internally and externally.


Supportive Marketing & Branding Effort

Support the firm's marketing and branding initiatives by assisting with the promotion of the firm and its team, creating and showcasing project portfolios and case studies, and engaging with various media platforms. You will collaborate with the Marketing & Brand Manager to ensure the content is current and engaging. Contributing to content creation that enhances the firm's industry presence and credibility.



Experience Qualifications:

5+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial, industrial, and/or multi-family residential projects.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage all aspects of construction projects. Experience in mentoring and developing project teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships and foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction management software, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Demonstrated ability to proactively solve project-related challenges, with a focus on maintaining project timelines and budgets.
A safety-first mentality, including OSHA 30, clean driving record and an innate awareness to project safety
