As a Project Manager you will lead and oversee projects in the process and energy industry. You will be accountable for the project quality, safety and efficiency while managing all aspects of engineering, procurement and construction to meet customer expectations
- Customer relationship management and satisfaction
- Managing scope, cost, schedule, change control and quality in a fast‐paced environment
- Accountable for project financials and reporting
- Engaging with project Business Development and Sales personal to produce quality proposals that allow for seamless transition to project execution
- Provide leadership for the lifecycle of a project from FEED to project close‐out
- Accountable for engineering and design resources to ensure project scope is met
- Influencing project stakeholders to produce results in the best interest of the Customer and Paton
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, excellent customer interface skills
- 10+ years of working in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical or process industry- Effective team leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary project team members
- Project planning / execution skills to ensure execution safety, and meet project cost and schedule
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong collaborative skills, alignment with industry standards, regulations and company standards
