We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as either a Project Manager or Project Assistant. This position will play a crucial role in overseeing project activities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
+ - For Project Managers: Manage all phases of project execution, including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
- For Project Assistants: Support project managers in coordinating project tasks, documentation, and communications.
+ - Oversee material purchasing, ensuring timely procurement of supplies to avoid project delays.
- Review and evaluate supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
+ - Write and manage change orders, ensuring all modifications are documented and communicated effectively.
- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) from clients and subcontractors, providing timely responses to keep projects on track.
+ - Review purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage detailing and engineering processes, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
+ - Regularly communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to assist in resource assignment for awarded projects.
+ Ensure all contractual obligations are met and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
++ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 4 years in project management within the construction or manufacturing industry. + Proficiency in steel fabrication processes, engineering principles, and construction practices.
+ Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in a related field or relevant experience in administrative support. + Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Willingness to learn and grow within the project management field.
