Project Manager- Outside Sales

Job Description:

In this Project Manager position, your primary responsibilities involve orchestrating various activities essential for the successful execution of roofing projects, from initiation to completion.

Your job duties include; prospecting new customers, offering estimates, and serving as the primary contact for customer account management within a designated sales territory. Building and nurturing enduring customer relationships, negotiating contracts for optimal profitability, and ensuring a superior customer experience are integral aspects of your role.

As a Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in generating roofing projects, encompassing activities such as assessing roof quality, inspecting damages, monitoring construction progress, and maintaining open communication with both the team and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Business development with existing clients, identifying areas for enhancement, and managing material selection and site safety preparations are also part of your responsibilities.

It's important to note that your office support team is responsible for handling tasks such as scheduling, procuring materials and labor, overseeing installation, and managing warranties. They also ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulations, and building codes.
