Centerline Energy Construction is accepting candidates for future Project Managers to join our no-nonsense construction team in the NoCo Market. As a big picture thinker, our Project Manager maintains the ability to work together as a team with our suppliers and our subcontractors. While working as a member of the construction team, a Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the right materials and equipment arrive at the correct project site, on time and on budget, with the right subcontractor to complete the job.

A successful Project Manager will possess the natural ability to effectively utilize time management and communication skills; scheduling material deliveries and project start times will always be a top priority for our pre-construction team. An increased sense of urgency and a high level of customer service is required to properly manage several projects and subcontractor crews at the same time; an understanding of budget and expenses is also required to complete each project within the scope of our work orders.

Exempt (salary) full-time position

Pay: $85K-$120K annually, based on experience and qualifications

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm, with overtime and additional days as project requires.
