Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through to closure. This includes controls design, controls installation, and retro-commissioning projects. The Project Manager is ensuring that the project is delivered efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed budget, schedule, and quality and exceed the client�s expectations Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

+ 5+ Years of experience in one of the following sectors: Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or Energy. + Demonstrated experience to lead and manage a team of technical staff. + Demonstrated experience with strong analytical, organizational and planning skills. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. + Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors. + Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

+ Preferred experience in controls discipline. + Preferred experience in the construction sector. + Preferred experience in facilities management. + Preferred experience in the energy sector. + Has successfully completed our Project Management training if an internal candidate.

Travel Requirements

+ 25-50% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

+ Shall require long periods of sitting or standing at a desk in front of a computer in the office environment. + The office environment is usually quiet. + Shall require the ability to walk, climb and crawl on a project construction site on occasions. + On occasions shall be exposed to inclement weather.

Pay Range: USD $110,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr. EEO Statement:
