Lead Unique Metalwork Projects – Join Toledo Iron Works as a Project Manager!

Pay: $45,000 – $65,000+ per year (based on experience) + Year-End Bonus

Industry: Custom Metal Fabrication (Residential & Commercial)

About Us

Toledo Iron Works specializes in beautiful custom metalwork—think luxury gates, railings, stairs, and more. Based in Miami, we’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on Project Manager to help lead our Division 5 metal projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

- Visit job sites to take measurements and help with layout

- Manage project paperwork, schedules, and installation timelines

- Make sure metal pieces are fabricated and installed to spec

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and our shop team

- Read and work from blueprints, AutoCAD drawings, and PDFs

- Keep everyone in the loop with clear communication and updates

- Attend site meetings and ensure work is done safely and correctly

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in construction project management

- Experience with ornamental or miscellaneous metals (Division 5)

- Can read and understand architectural/structural drawings

- Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and PDFs

- Strong communication and organization skills

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Comfortable driving to job sites around Miami

- Bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule

- Full-time, Monday–Friday

- Some weekend or on-call work based on project needs

- Must be able to commute to Miami, FL job sites (no relocation assistance provided)
