Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Duties

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives.

- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members.

- Implement project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct data collection and analysis to support decision-making and project evaluation.

- Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.

- Manage project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and change requests.

- Support product development initiatives by providing project management expertise.

- Learning the Product (Hollow Metal Doors & Frames, Wood Doors & Frames, Hardware, Automatic Operators, Installation)

Skills

- Proficient in project management methodologies

- Effective communication skills for clear interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

- Capable of conducting quality management assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
