Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to add to our team.

Job Requirements:

· Lead Superintendent and Foreman to ensure daily and weekly safety, quality, and production plans are met.

· Review timesheets daily to ensure accuracy and that they will be submitted on time.

· Coordinate with the Superintendent to assign personnel to projects and communicate the goals and expectations for each project.

· Assist Superintendent in preparing schedules, visit job sites for safety reviews, participate in toolbox meetings, help facilitate the safety plans.

· Coordinate with the Superintendent to set up equipment and material deliveries with vendors and suppliers.

· Ensure that work is executed to the highest quality and in accordance with the drawings and specifications for the project.

· Coordinate with Clients and other stakeholders to ensure the project meets specifications and regulations.

· Project Manager should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask and prioritize. They should also have strong planning skills, knowledge of equipment, and an understanding of asphalt and construction specifications.

· Must be able to lead a project team efficiently.

· Must have the ability to work outdoors in weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold and humidity.

· Required to observe and enforce all safety protocols.

Work Location: Southshore and Northshore Project sites

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
