About This Job
The Project Manager will manage relocation & consolidations as directed by the Owner. In addition, he/she will manage maintenance tickets and projects assigned related to the company. These tasks include the following.
•Administrative tasks associated with all task orders to include:
+ Monthly Invoices
+ Forecasting/Project Draw schedule
+ Providing Estimates and obtaining NTE (not to exceed) approvals
+ Scheduling
+ Receipts and invoice processing
+ ETS (Electronic Tenant Solutions) tracking and management of tickets
•Project Management and Coordination
+ Coordinate scheduling with government staff, other government contractors and Subcontractors as needed
+ Provide escort to subcontractors as needed
+ Provides updates when needed, often weekly, so other in house Project Managers can update their customers and their action tracking sheets before their next update meeting
+ Collaborates with others and searches for necessary information to identify the correct path to resolve issues and tasks
+ Commits to their comments and research by providing it in writing
+ Runs and/or participates in project meetings as necessary
+ Participates in project walk-throughs as necessary
+ Ensures no more than a reasonable amount of time passes before the in house project managers contacts their vendors for updates and/or needed information.
