Job Description:

In this role, you will manage one to multiple Executive Level directed projects to ensure allocated resources are consistently focused on the correct tasks to meet project requirements. You will work directly with numerous company-wide stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and execution regarding critical milestones, friction points, and prioritization efforts. You will maintain a detailed understanding of company-wide operating procedures and responsibilities to achieve completion timelines and results.


Essential Duties:

Supervise assigned projects to ensure timelines, resources, and deliverables are properly aligned to meet successful execution requirements
Establish priorities of work and resource allocation to effectively accomplish multiple enduring requirements
Develop and refine systems that drive company-wide project synchronization, coordination, and collaboration efforts in pursuit of efficiency optimization and continuous improvement
Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and work with associated affected teams for plan revisions, as necessary
Prepare Executive-Level comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence regarding project statuses, challenges, and improvement opportunities for senior management
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within assigned team to promote positive outcomes and exceed customer expectations
Monitor, assess, guide, and address performance of assigned teammates
Maintain familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to best practices
Performs all other duties assigned


Qualifications


Education:


Required:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience


Preferred:

Master’s degree in a related field


Required:


Experience:

Minimum 3 years of successfully demonstrated project management, or similar field experience
New graduates are accepted if they have PMP certification


Preferred:

Honorably discharged service veterans.


Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, (Preferred)

Additional Job Requirements:

Willing to work Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
