Project Manager I or II - Pipeline Safety Management System

The below job summary and responsibilities reflects the duties of the Project Manager I, Project Manager II will differ as more skills and/or experience will be required. The successful candidate will be placed at a level that is commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.

Position Summary

Standard Operations Position. Provide project management, leadership and coordination for one or more projects or project work streams. Responsible for overall project scope, schedule, cost and risk management. Leads team to achieve approved project scope, develops strategic sequencing and detailed milestone schedules, project-level cost tracking and reconciliation. Coordinates development of detailed cost estimates, schedules and associated project RFP's, RFQ's, contracts, etc. Responsible for leading projects through all internal and external processes. Manages the project scope, schedules and closely plans and manages all project costs. Ensures availability or seeks out adequate resources for projects.

This position will also be responsible for conducting event investigations for Noteworthy and/or Consequential pipeline events, overseeing management of change execution, providing gas corrective action item governance, and overseeing implementation of the Gas Org. Pipeline Safety Management System.

Minimum Requirements: Project Manager I ($82,800 - $117,600)

Minimum Requirements: Project Manager II ($95,200 - $135,200)

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $82,800.00 to $135,200.00 per year
