Project Manager/Estimator/Sales

If so, you may be the ideal fit for our open position of Construction Project Manager/Estimator for our NorCal Brentwood based offices.

About SWIMS: For more than 25 years, our crews have been ensuring that falling rainwater returns to our rivers and oceans clean and healthy for our environment. We inspect, install, and service thousands of underground filter systems all over California with expansion happening in several other states. We provide innovative solutions to the challenges faced by construction superintendents and engineers on construction sites regarding the management of storm water. We help clients meet the required compliance laws in the storm water field.

We have a Construction Project Manager/Estimator position open to keep our crews and office team booked and busy.

How You’ll Spend Your Days:

Working full-time Monday – Friday, you will:

Qualifications:

You:

· Care about the quality of clean water our communities enjoy

· Have 2 + years of construction related experience -College degree not required but helpful

· Have project management and/or sales experience

· Are a self-starter and can’t wait to conquer big goals

· Are known for meeting deadlines and getting projects done on time

· Have an eagle eye for detail

· Have experience with Microsoft suite, Outlook, QuickBooks and Bluebeam

· Can make quick decisions under pressure

· Love to be a problem-solver. You think it is a blast to figure out solutions that equip your clients and the field teams who deliver results

· Have the ability to read construction plans

· Know how to Google things…you research everything!

Non-Negotiable Qualifications -You have:

· A clean DMV record, Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Number

· An ability to perform physical demands of construction site visits

· Construction Experience 2 years minimum (Storm Water knowledge a plus)

· An ability to work in a team environment

· You can lift 75 lbs. occasionally and navigate construction site terrain
