Job Summary

RUIZ is a fast growing Engineering, Project / Construction Management, Inspection and Surveying services firm supporting the Utility, Energy, and Oil & Gas sectors in the US. We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with strong experience in construction management, scheduling, estimating, and electrical systems. Duties

•

Lead and manage all aspects of electrical substation construction project, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

•

Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera to track progress and milestones.

•

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project specifications are met.

•

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

•

Prepare comprehensive project estimates and budgets, utilizing tools for documentation and tracking.

•

Implement the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.

•

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in electrical construction management with a strong understanding of electrical systems.

•

Proficiency in project scheduling software such as MS project and experience with tools for project documentation.

•

Strong skills in construction estimating and budgeting.

•

Familiarity with NEC standards and regulations related to electrical installations.

•

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•

Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams.

•

Ability to work on-site at various locations as required by the projects.
