Join this well-established civil engineering firm specializing in site development and infrastructure projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Data Centers to join their team in the Charlotte, NC metro area. This role offers an opportunity to lead high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment while working with a team of skilled professionals.

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):

•

Oversee site development projects from planning to completion, ensuring efficient execution.

•

Lead multidisciplinary teams, including civil, MEP, and external consultants, for seamless coordination.

•

Manage project budgets, implement cost-control measures, and ensure financial efficiency.

•

Apply expertise in mission-critical facilities, such as data centers and high-reliability infrastructure.

•

Conduct site due diligence, manage test fits, and coordinate utilities for optimal design.

•

Work with design teams to integrate 3D BIM and Civil 3D modeling processes.

•

Supervise construction progress, address on-site challenges, and maintain quality standards.

•

Coordinate efforts between civil, architectural, and MEP teams to streamline project execution.

•

Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders to align project goals.

Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

•

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

•

5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management, preferably in mission-critical environments.

•

Proficiency in Civil 3D, BIM modeling tools, and coordination processes.

•

Demonstrated ability to lead fast-paced projects with tight deadlines.

•

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.

•

Experience with site planning, utility coordination, and infrastructure development.

•

Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create Excel trackers, and be able to use Word and PowerPoint for reporting/presentations via Teams or in person.
