Project Manager/Customer Relations

Nationwide Lifts is an elevator Company looking to hire a dedicated Project Manager to be in our local office.

Role and Responsibility:

-Scheduling customer installs and services

-managing the Elevator Mechanics

-making the mechanics weekly/daily schedule

-Answering phones and keeping up with emails

-Miscellaneous office tasks and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

— High School diploma

— customer service experience preferred

— Excellent organizational skills

— Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

— Excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic

— Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational

— Strong team player

— Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Compensation: Salary

Forklift certification is a PLUS
