PROJECT MANAGER MISSION: Your mission is to lead the successful execution and completion of site development projects that incorporate a variety of civil scopes using self-perform trades and subcontractors. Beneficial, but Not Required, Proficiency:

* Preferred experience with northern Virginia jurisdictional standards and specifications in Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, VDOT ROW, and surrounding counties.

* Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work and jobsites.

* Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

* Must be well-qualified and experienced as a Project Manager in civil site development.

* Preferred education background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Compensation:

· Salaried position ranging from $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 based on competency and abilities.

· Vehicle reimbursement and fuel card.

· Accrued paid time off (PTO) at start of employment and paid holidays after 6 months.

· Employer-sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefit Plans become available on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
