The position is directly responsible for delivering successful project outcomes through proactive leadership, clear communication and effective planning. This role oversees the full life cycle from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. The project manager defines project objectives, coordinates resources, and maintains a strong focus on client satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong leadership, teamwork, decision making, and attention to detail to align all aspects of the project with company standards and client expectations.
High Country Industrial is offering a starting competitive hourly wage $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.

· High School Diploma or Equivalency such as GED.
· Proven experience working as a Project Manager in the construction/ manufacturing industry.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
· Knowledge of project management software (Procore, Textura, or similar)
· Strong understanding of safety, scheduling & coordination.
· Ability to walk project sites including uneven terrain.
· Extended periods of walking, standing and occasional lifting.
· Regular visits to office and field environments.
· Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Skilled communicator who can lead, delegate, and resolve conflict effectively.
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans and specifications.
· The position will require both office and onsite project work.
The position will be responsible for the following in order to help HCI operate smoothly. These responsibilities may change from time to time as required by changing business conditions, company management structure, or other reasons that management deems appropriate.
1. Ensure project outcomes are completed to ISO 9001 standards while meeting internal and external stakeholder needs. Build and maintain project charter (customer, invoicing, doc control, profit margin, materials, capacity, prints, etc.) with coinciding ‘T-Sheets’ once approved PO is received while obtaining any additional information, Notice of Change (NOC), or questions prior to meeting.
2. Monitor production schedule daily and attend all huddles/constraint operations meetings to understand schedule/materials issues so the master schedule and component inventories are accurate daily.
3. Oversee process of confirming all quantity, pricing, and accuracy of materials for all orders shipped and received with Material Handler and Foreman on a documented consistent and frequent basis.
4. Perform work required in a timely and safe manner. Maintain adequate production in order to meet service schedules and customer commitments.
5. Provide professional representation of the company when in contact with public safety, law enforcement officials and the general public.
6. Maintain, communicate, and improve work process flows with team members to strive for safety improvements, zero quality issues, and cycle time reduction.
7. Complete all assigned training. In person or web based.
8. Maintain project files and documentation according to internal procedures.
9. Attend project meetings, job walks, and safety meetings as required.
10. Demonstrate initiative and sound decision making by independently prioritizing tasks, solving problems proactively and following through with minimal oversight.
11. Ensure compliance with HCI policies and procedures, including safety, quality, professionalism, confidentiality and staying current with policy or procedural updates.
13. Performing other duties and tasks assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
14. Assure that all signatures required for work performed are obtained in a timely manner and submitted to the office for invoicing.
15. Consistent punctuality, minimal absenteeism and dependability in completing assignments.
