Diamond D Industries, LLC is excited to announce the growth of our Heavy Civil Project Management Team. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic professional who specializes in Heavy Civil Construction to supervise all aspects of a project from initial planning to project completion.

Responsibilities

•

Ability to plan, direct and coordinate management activities of assigned projects to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and financial goals.

•

Contributing technical expertise to designs, drawings and project specifications.

•

Aiding with smooth Estimate Turnover and Initial project set-up.

•

Maintaining communication with clients, project field supervision, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

•

Update weekly and monthly job reports including work progress, cost and scheduling updates.

•

Provide monthly financial projections.

•

Proficient in change management processes.

•

Prepare invoicing using schedule of value approach, pursuing payment within terms of contact.

•

Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performs standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.

•

Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

Education and Experience

•

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other relevant field.

•

Minimum 8 years of relevant heavy civil experience.

•

Proficient in Microsoft 365. Experience with Viewpoint Vista Construction Software is a plus.

•

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

•

The ability to focus on details and can work well within a deadline driven environment.

•

Strong organization, planning and time management skills.

•

Technical skills related to management of civil projects (site preparation, excavation/backfilling, underground drainage systems, concrete foundations, etc).
