Project Manager Assistant
Steiner Electric, a family-owned and oriented electrical contracting firm established in 1933, seeks to hire a full-time Project Manager Assistant to support our delivery of high-quality electrical services and projects to our valued customers. The chosen candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to deliver superior customer service and high-quality work both within a team and independently. The standard hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm at our office in West Bend.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
•Track record of successful experience in an administrative/assistant role.
•Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with the ability and desire to learn new programs as needed.
•Strong typing and data entry skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•High level of organization and attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and be adaptable.
•Positive attitude, excellent team player with a strong desire to learn.
•Electrical and/or construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare and distribute project documentation between all parties.
•Verify field labor hours for payroll processing.
•Obtain required permits prior to project start-up.
•Schedule and coordinate project inspections, training, start-up and other meetings as required by contract.
•Facilitate the delivery of tools and equipment to the job site through coordination with internal and external partners.
•Prepare and track Change Orders and Request for Information (RFI).
•Lead the job submittal and closeout process, including the gathering and submission of all documentation, with guidance from the project management team.
•Assist with procuring and pricing materials, contractors, or suppliers for bids and projects.
•Support timely and accurate invoicing and job costing through the entry of materials and services costs in the company's job management and accounting software program.
•Gather required documents for job start-up and close out meetings.
•Manage documentation on Procore, the company’s project management software.
•Provide general administrative support as needed.

PAY & BENEFITS:
$22.00-$27.00 per hour based on your experience and ability.
