Project Manager, Asset Maintenance

Your future responsibilities as Project Manager, Asset Maintenance

- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects related to buildings, car washes, and other real estate assets;

- Take charge of breakdowns, repairs, upgrades of facilities and equipment;

- Analyze project profitability, manage budgets, and review financial reports;

- Supervise inspections, control work quality, and ensure deadlines are met.

To be our Project Manager, Asset Maintenance, you need

- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role;

- A bachelor’s degree or certificate in project management (an asset);

- Strong knowledge of project management;

- Good command of both French and English, spoken and written (English is required to communicate with our anglophone teams).
