Position Overview:
V3 Electric is a leading solar energy provider committed to making clean energy accessible and affordable. We are seeking a Project Funding Specialist to secure financing for solar projects and ensure timely, accurate documentation submission. The Project Funding Specialist ensures projects meet funding requirements by reviewing technical documentation, submitting financier paperwork, and collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
•Submit accurate documentation to financiers post-installation.
•Review jobsite photos to verify installation accuracy.
•Submit documentation for financing partners.
•Ensure compliance with initial quotes and financier requirements.
Technical Expertise:
•Identify solar, battery, and electrical components (Tesla, SolarEdge, Enphase).
•Interpret CAD drawings for installation accuracy.
•Understand financier approval requirements (Everbright, Sunnova, Sunrun).
•Maintain project records in Salesforce.
Collaboration and Problem Solving:
•Work with field ops, design, and back-office teams.
•Quickly resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.
Qualifications:
•Strong communication and attention to detail.
•Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
•Familiarity with the solar industry and adaptability.
•Team player in a cross-functional environment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM (PST).
•Summer hours may require an 11 AM - 7:30 PM (PST) shift

Position Overview:
Our Safety and Insurance Coordinator oversees all aspects of our safety training and insurance programs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and publishing safety content for the field and office, maintaining safety training records, conducting safety audits, managing workers' compensation claims and automobile policies, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. This is an entry-level position, experience is not required. We will teach you!
Responsibilities:
•Create and publish weekly safety content for the field and quarterly safety content for the office
•Maintain safety training records and ensure all employees are completing assigned trainings
•Conduct on-site safety audits, including monthly crew audits, quarterly vehicle, harness, and ladder inspections
•Manage workers' compensation claims, including intake, follow-through, accident investigation, DWC1 forms, return to work plan, and medical and insurance follow-up
•Keep reporting logs current and report to field and ops managers on sign-offs
•Maintain and update safety policies and procedures
•Ensure first aid kits are up-to-date and readily available
Qualifications:
•Clean driving record and are 21+ years old. We require you to be 21 due to our company drivers insurance requirements.
•Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Positive and service-oriented mindset.
•Coachable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
•Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Must be okay with an early start time! (Some days as early as 6AM)
