About This Job
The position will develop accurate and detailed cost estimates and finalizing customer quotes. Responsibilities include researching project specifications, coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary inputs, managing the intake and quote process, preparing comprehensive Excel-based pricing models, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all estimates and calculations throughout the quoting cycle
•Excel is used for cost models to estimate hardware material and labor costs. Advanced proficiency required including formulas, VLOOKUP, IF statements, and data modeling for cost estimation.
•This position will interact closely with a variety of depts including sales, purchasing and engineering.
•It requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•Experience and/or schooling in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferred knowledge of construction trade helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
