Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator at Raptor Plumbing LLC in Las Vegas, NV. The Project Estimator will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and effective communication with builders.

Qualifications

•

Experience as a Project Estimator, with a strong background in plumbing systems.

•

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate pricing and explain technical details clearly.

•

Proficiency in Budgeting for accurate project planning

•

Analytical and quantitative skills for precise estimations

•

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

•

Attention to detail and organizational skills

•

Proficient in estimating software, plan reading, and understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.

•

Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

•

Previous experience in the plumbing or construction industry is a must
