Fenner Dunlop is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Engineering Specialist
at our manufacturing facility in Lavonia, Georgia.

-Identify technical deliverables based on agreed scope for project estimates and execution plans.
-Interpret client requirements, address design parameters, and ensure accurate, budget-compliant solutions.
-Develop comprehensive project plans, covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
-Define equipment and parts specifications from external suppliers, coordinating negotiations and delivery.
-Manage project activities to align with organizational goals, scheduling, and objectives.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and milestones.
-Oversee project workflow, ensuring timely delivery, expected quality, and budget adherence.
-Manage capital projects from concept to implementation, utilizing project management tools for tracking.
-Apply engineering knowledge for analyzing and solving complex problems.
-Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
-Perform technical calculations, create AutoCAD and Inventor drawings, and ensure compliance with standards.
-Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
-Identify and mitigate potential project risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
-Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and unexpected cost increases.
-Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
-Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders.
-Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
-Interpret internal stakeholders' needs and represent them in the field of expertise.
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
-Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in engineering methodologies.
-Create and update documentation, including as-builds and engineering files at locations.
-Maintain accurate records and files according to quality standards.
-Commission customized products and systems onsite and at customer facilities.
-Ensure compliance with safety objectives and legal requirements in all completed work.
-Ensure a strong understanding of safety and quality regulations, guiding the team to work in compliance with industry standards.
-Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and proper PPE usage.
-Foster and promote a daily culture of safety.
