Summary: The Project Engineer works as part of a construction program management team, managing programs consisting of multiple projects for our multi-site clients. The Project Engineer works with the Client Team and Project Team in various activities related to the successful completion and delivery of the program and project objectives including but not limited to: Surveying and field data collection, pre-construction services (budgeting, bidding, permitting, and scheduling), construction oversight (construction supervision, safety, change orders, invoicing, and punch lists), and project closeout.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $65,000 to $75,000 is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.

Work Conditions & Travel:

This is a hybrid role out of our Plano, TX office, with recurring travel* to project locations. Travel required 20-30% on an as needed basis up to and including weekly site visits. A highly collaborative in-office environment that flourishes when individual and team contributions combine to achieve target goals and objectives.
