What You Can Expect
As a Project Developer, you’ll support the full project lifecycle—from site feasibility to construction. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring renewable energy projects to life.
- Lead development activities including permitting, environmental reviews, land acquisition, and interconnection
- Collaborate with land, greenfield, engineering, and delivery teams to align project goals
- Build relationships with landowners, consultants, and public officials; support outreach and hearings
- Monitor policy, tax incentives, and market trends impacting renewable energy
- Contribute to financial modeling, off-take origination, and M&A due diligence
- Maintain project tracking tools and support investment decision processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure project development, permitting, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a dynamic environment
