Job Description
The Project Administrator will be the primary point of contact for Bluecore Power. This role will support the project management team with administrative support. This is an in-office role and the administrator will be expected to work in the office during normal business hours.
•Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate team member
•Monitor and respond to incoming sales leads in a timely manner
•Prepare, collect, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
•Manage office supply inventory and maintain the office in an organized manner
•Serve as administrative support for the project management team
•Gather quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
•Assist project managers in proposal preparation
•Maintain all project related data in current electronic job file
•Compile and manage construction documentation
•Other duties as assigned

•1 to 3 years experience as an Project Administrator
•Demonstrates proficiency working in a dynamic environment and supporting related cross functional teams
•Experience working in a contracting company
