Flory Line Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Utility Project Coordinator to support our Transmission and Distribution operations. This role is essential to ensure our projects run smoothly, from initial planning to closeout, by coordinating communication, documentation, and resource tracking between field crews, project managers, and clients.
- Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
- Coordinate with field leadership to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Communicate project updates to internal teams
- Monitor and update project budgets, labor hours, and cost tracking
- Assist in preparing bid packages, proposals, and project closeout documentation
- Associate's degree in construction management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in utility construction, project coordination, or related field (preferred)- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
