Responsibilities

Coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

•

Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution.

•

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.

•

Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and resource allocations.

•

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and milestones.

•

Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•

Facilitate communication among team members to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

•

Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D.

•

Strong understanding of construction estimating processes.

•

Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.

•

Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

•

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

•

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance throughout project execution.
