The Project Associate is a key support role in the organization. Assisting the Project Management team, the position focuses on the timely processing of meter applications and other administrative support services as assigned. Responsibilities include research and coordinating across multiple departments.
Basic Skills: Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Use logic and reasoning to solve problems. Assess the performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. Understands written communication and work-related documents. Written and verbal communication skills.Able to cope with pressure and deadlines, difficult situations and hard conversations.
Social Skills: Must act in a respectful, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Work requires regular interaction involving exchange and receipt of complex information; adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions; trying to reconcile differences; actively looking for ways to help people and Global Water Resources be successful. Will interact with employees at all levels and represent Global Water externally.
Physical Demands: Must be able to perform the following on a regular basis: Sitting for extended periods; prolonged periods of time with repetitive motions of hands and fingers; close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to thirty pounds. Work is performed in an office.
