POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will support the Project Management department through oversight of operational financial activities and developing and implementing financial strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee operational financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the Project Management department.
•Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance project profitability and efficiency.
•Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
•Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for management review.
•Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
•Responsible for project billings including all compliance and submissions.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to perform each essential duty daily.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
•Minimum of five years of experience in financial management roles.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex financial models and data analysis. PowerBI experience preferred but not required.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
•Self-motivated and capable of working independently to drive financial performance.
•Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•Primarily works in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to temperature changes.
•Involves interaction with colleagues and occasional participation in meetings, both in-person and virtual.
