Position Overview
Meridian Restoration, Inc., is seeking a Program Coordinator for our Suwanee, GA location. Program Coordinators at Meridian are responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. This person will help in organizing programs and carrying out important operational duties. This person must be detail-oriented and organized with an assertive personality. Leadership skills are essential to properly guide project managers and estimators through their required task for each program. The goal will be to facilitate the effective implementation of programs according to the organization's standards.
TPA Guidelines:
•General oversight for all TPAs and Programs for each office
•Make sure notes are updated and input weekly, and the jobs are moving along as stated.
•Monitor Job Track and ensure it is updated with milestones being input and updated every day.
•Monitor surveys and ensure we’re routinely getting good reviews.
•Follow up on negative reviews and rectify behavior to improve scores going forward.
•Communicate with TPA management team and ensure we are following all guidelines.
•Assist with warranty repairs and project issues with estimator or DM to complete and rectify any issues.
•Ensure revisions and follow ups are done within 24hrs.
Tip Scores:
•Monitor all TPAs and their respected assignments. Ensure they are updated and completed in a timely manner.
•Ensure TIP scores for every profile, follow timelines and milestones.
•Ensure we maintain a 4.0 score on TIP scores for every profile.
•Get your respective profile listed on the “network newsletters” and strive for recognition through production, reviews, and excellent TIP scores.
•Review monthly tip scores and ensure we are following date/ time guidelines to ensure we are following TPA’s guidelines and hitting metrics.
Company Standards
•Hold monthly calls to communicate opportunities, new changes, and wins for the program. Review specific opportunities and communicate those to management team and estimators.
•Attend events and conference calls to learn new guidelines and upcoming changes. Bring that info back to the field.
•Make sure we’re utilizing DASH and communication with the management team and office staff to make sure our program process is seamless with our CRM system.
•Communicate weekly with DM to discuss opportunities and new guidelines.
•Evaluate programs and actively search for new TPAs and carriers we can pursue for fresh claim volume.
•Participate in marketing events and build strong relationships with carriers, and both desk and field adjusters.
•Overall maintenance of the program and willingness to do any additional items requested by the management team, TPAs, and the company to ensure we are best in class.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Microsoft Office proficiency a must
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of DASH software helpful
Knowledge of Xactanalysis, Contractor Connection, Symbility and other TPA’s preferred
Work Authorization and Security Clearance
