We are seeking a skilled and motivated Professional Civil Engineer (Licensed) to join our dynamic team. About the Role
•Design and analyze civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
•Utilize HEC software for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling as part of project design.
•Draft detailed engineering drawings and documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D required. Revit, ArcGIS and other design tools are a plus.
•Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
•Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning.
•Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
•Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
•Must be licensed in Michigan or currently licensed in another state.
•Proven experience in civil engineering design, particularly in municipal systems, pipeline systems or wastewater treatment projects.
•Proficiency in engineering software such as Civil3D, Revit, and HEC.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Excellent technical writing skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
•Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Pay range and compensation package
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
