Overview:
The Production Tech is responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment. This role requires diagnosing equipment failures, troubleshooting problems, and making necessary repairs. The technician will collaborate with production staff to ensure quality and quantity goals are met. This is a technically demanding job requiring independence and teamwork.
8/6: 10-hour rotating schedule. Employee works 10 hours for 8 days (Wednesday to Wednesday) followed by 6 days off. The work week is from Sunday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
•Maintain and repair production equipment
•Troubleshoot issues, diagnose failures, and perform necessary repairs
•Collaborate with production staff to meet production goals
Qualifications:
•5+ years of Lease Operator experience required. (8–10+ years ideal)
•High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree or Technical training preferred.
•Manufacturing experience preferred
•Valid US Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
•Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
•Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
