Production Team Lead

Shifts Available and Hours: 2nd Shift 1pm-9pm

Shift Premium: 2nd or 3rd shift - $1.00/hour extra Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure correct and timely shipment of customer orders, including hazardous material shipments in compliance with regulations.

- Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching to meet performance goals.

- Inspect work for accuracy, neatness, and adherence to company policy and procedures.

- Actively promote and enforce safety initiatives and workplace policies.

- Support employees with process-related challenges and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Deliver clear written and verbal instructions to team members.

- Assist the manager in identifying workflow improvements, preparing schedules, and expediting tasks.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.

- Minimum of three (3) years in a manufacturing and/or shipping environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Wok, Outlook).

- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.

- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment.

- Familiarity with color and gloss measurement techniques preferred.
