Production Supervisor

Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Sapulpa, OK location. This position has a direct impact on the success of the Rotary department at our Sapulpa plant.

If you are a Production Supervisor who can:

- Help guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safely manner

- Conduct Root Cause Anaylsis for scrap, downtime, or other processes

- Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing

- Create a team friendly enviornment

- Assist in scheduling production

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years work experience in a trade profession

- Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work overtime as needed

- Ability to demonstrate strong proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance activities of furnace equipment

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form

- Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Advanced technical training through trade school or higher education preferred
