Production Supervisor - Casting

Job Summary:

Oversee all casthouse operations.

Required Education/Experience:

- Some college is preferred, an undergraduate degree is desired.

- Experience working in a cast house will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide safety and operational training to team members.

- Learn all aspects of the Yankton billet casting operation.

- Maintain production reports and flow charts.

- Complete yearly employee performance evaluations.

- Ensure employees understand and always comply with established Hydro safety standards

- Complete daily safety talks with team members prior to beginning each shift.

- Assist team members to complete daily tasks as needed.
