Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Job Description Summary

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production lines. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $90,400 - $120,400. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
