The Walsh team can execute any aspect of upstream operations and specializes in “cradle to grave” projects. We provide permitting, well planning and engineering, drilling and completion operations, contract pumping, production operations, regulatory compliance, oil and gas accounting and land services. As our Oilfield Production Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate daily oilfield production operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and production efficiency.
● Take charge by overseeing daily operations across multiple oil and gas production sites.
● Lead and mentor production foremen, operators, and support staff.
● Channel your attention to detail when monitoring production performance, adjusting strategies, and reporting key metrics to senior management.
● Enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
● Apply your organizational thinking when coordinating routine and emergency maintenance with field teams.
● Your desire for accuracy will support effective cost control and departmental expense management.
● Let your thirst for knowledge guide your support of new technologies and operational improvements
● Utilize your problem solving skills by collaborating with engineers, vendors, and external partners.
● Familiarity with SCADA and field automation systems
● Deep knowledge of production systems, equipment, and safety protocols
● Proficiency in production reporting software and Microsoft Office
● Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field sites
● Ability to analyze data and make real-time operational decisions
● Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in work
