How You'll Make an Impact

+ Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels. + Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. + Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, delays, or equipment downtime. + Analyze capacity and resource requirements and make recommendations to optimize throughput. + Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure product delivery aligns with specifications and deadlines. + Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory levels. + Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Background

+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role. + Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and coordination abilities. + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
