Production Panel Assembler (Day Shift)

Safety Power is the leading Canadian cleantech provider of environmental control equipment for large scale (1,000 to 10,000 HP) engine based gensets. Safety Power’s customer base includes North America’s largest internet and technology companies. The company is growing rapidly.

Summary of Position: The Panel Assembler is responsible for assembling control panels and piping. HEAVY LIFTING IS REQUIRED.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assemble electrical and piping components according to Company specifications.

- Assist with loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products as required.

- Work in accordance with all health and safety policies and procedures.

- All other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Prior assembling experience preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Able to work independently and within a team environment.

- Time management/organization skills.

- Able to perform detailed assembly tasks with high accuracy and high speed.

- Able to lift up to 70 - 80 lbs.

- Stand, bend and walk for extended periods.

Straight Day Shift 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
