The Production Operator I at Lithion Battery will be responsible for assembling various components of a battery, including loading cells, aligning connectors, spot welding or soldering, and assembling lids and hardware. This role requires ensuring the smooth operation of automation machines, identifying and resolving issues with rejected parts. The position involves continual lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the shift, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to process improvements and cross-training across departments.
