Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Cedar Rapids, IA. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing process, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising manufacturing activities, troubleshooting production issues, implementing quality control measures, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing team performance and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
